This is a photograph of the Prouty-Chew House which houses the Geneva Historical Society offices and Museum. It is a 2-story red brick federal building built in 1829. It has a mansard roof and three bays with the entrance in the left-hand bay. It also has small additions to the right and to the left of the central block of the house. There is a fanlight over the door, green shutters and a white keystone over each window.
